General Provisions

1. These Terms of Service define the rules for using the LuxuryEstateMarket.com classified ads platform, available at www.LuxuryEstateMarket.com.
2. The owner and administrator of the platform is Luxury Lab International, registered in Poland, NIP 663 163 39 99, REGON 147057813, contact e-mail address: info@luxuryestatemarket.com.
3. The Terms of Service are made available free of charge on the website in a way that allows users to download, store, and print them.
4. Using the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.

Definitions

1. Platform – the online portal used for publishing and browsing real estate listings.
2. Administrator – the owner and operator of the Platform.
3. User – any person using the Platform (both advertisers and visitors browsing listings).
4. Advertiser – a developer, real estate agency, real estate broker, or private individual who publishes listings on the Platform.
5. Listing – information about a real estate property published on the Platform.

Scope of Services

1. The Platform enables Advertisers to publish real estate listings and Users to browse them and contact Advertisers.
2. The Platform may offer additional services such as listing promotion, featured listings, and newsletter distribution.
3. The Administrator is not a party to any transactions concluded between Users – its role is limited to providing an advertising platform.

Terms of Use

1. Using the Platform is possible only after accepting these Terms of Service.
2. Publishing listings may require registering an account and/or paying a fee in accordance with the applicable price list.
3. Users must provide true and up-to-date information and must not publish unlawful content.
4. It is prohibited to use the Platform for any activities contrary to the law or good morals.

Publication of Listings

1. The Advertiser is responsible for the content of the listing and for ensuring that it complies with the law and accurately reflects the actual condition of the property.
2. The Administrator reserves the right to refuse publication or remove any listing that violates the law, good morals, or these Terms of Service.
3. Listings may be published for a specified period (e.g. 30, 60, or 90 days) with the option to extend their visibility.

Liability

1. The Administrator shall not be liable for:
   a) the content of published listings,
   b) the accuracy and reliability of data provided by Advertisers,
   c) the course and outcome of transactions between Users.
2. The Administrator undertakes to maintain the proper operation of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of technical errors.

Fees

1. Using the basic functionalities of the Platform (e.g. browsing listings, downloading offers in PDF format) is free of charge.
2. Publishing listings or using additional services (e.g. highlights, promotions) may be subject to fees in accordance with the current price list.
3. Payments are processed through external payment operators.

Copyright

1. Content published by Advertisers (descriptions, photos, visualizations) remains their property; however, the Advertiser grants the Administrator a non-exclusive license to publish such content on the Platform.
2. It is prohibited to copy, distribute, or use the content of the Platform without the consent of the Administrator or the respective Advertiser.

Complaints

1. Users may submit complaints regarding the operation of the Platform via e-mail to info@luxuryestatemarket.com.
2. Complaints are reviewed within 14 business days.

Account Termination / Deletion

1. Users may stop using the Platform, delete their account, and remove their listings at any time.
2. The Administrator may suspend or delete a User’s account in case of a violation of these Terms of Service.

Final Provisions

1. The Administrator reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service. Users will be informed in advance about any changes through the publication of a new version on the website.
2. In matters not regulated by these Terms of Service, the provisions of Polish law and European Union law shall apply.
3. These Terms of Service enter into force on the date of their publication on the website.
