This part of the city is, on one hand, full of historic and architectural heritage, and on the other hand, the centre of the capital city cultural life.

The entrance to the property is through restored, stylish doors and an internal courtyard, which give the Residence the air of exclusivity. The front building of the tenement house at 4 Nowogrodzka Street, through which guests enter the No. 4 Residence, was erected in 1913. The author of the design was Leon Wolski, whose works are full of elements characteristic for the early modernism era. Therefore, on the facade of the tenement house there are restored decorative elements typical for this style, such as vases with flowers and vines or garlands.
