Atlantic Homes is a private estate of luxury apartments located in the southern access section of Costa Adeje. Project by Teaching Architectural Firm in Tenerife Makin Molowny Portela, participating in the balance between modernity and the natural scenery of the Island.

For the investment, which is to be an avant-garde private residential complex with a representative lobby, higher apartments finished to an appropriate standard, with heated swimming pools, tennis court and carefully landscaped gardens illuminated in the evenings.

The facade of the building is characterized by an elegant and elegant design. On the external woodwork there are sliding doors made of lacquered aluminum, double glazing made of artificial glass and a generator of heat and cold flux and noise, which additionally increases the noise level. All sliding doors are equipped with electric aluminum shutters with thermal insulation. Great importance was attached to the acoustics of the wall between the apartments.
